| Description: | The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. |
| Duties: | �Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
�Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
�Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
�Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
�Aid customers in locating merchandise.
�Assist in completing price changes within the department.
�Participate in year-end inventory and cycle counts.
�Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
�Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
�Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
�Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
�Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
�Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
�Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
�Communicate customer requests to management.
�Negotiates terms of sale and services with customer.
�Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise.
�Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.

| Qualifications: | �Retail electronics and/or technology experience a plus.
�HS diploma or GED required.
�Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
�Ability to communicate with associates and customers.
�Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
�Strong problem solving skills.
�Proven ability to be a team player.
�Must be results driven with the motivation in meeting the customer�s needs.
�Able to lift 50 pounds � ladder climbing required.
�Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
�Be able to work a flexible schedule
