| Description: | The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for all Human Resources (HR) functions including open enrollment, worker�s compensation, I-9s, benefits, employment procedures, unemployment claims, HR surveys and reports. Assists Human Resources Director as needed. |
| Duties: | �Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, benefits, worker�s compensation and unemployment.
�Prepare and maintain company salary structure and job documentation.
�Responsible for all HR Reporting: turnover, staffing, benefit participation, etc.
�Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between employees and insurance carriers.
�Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
�Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
�Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and medical filing systems.
�Process separation notices in company intranet and update staffing chart
�Approve personnel requisitions in accordance with pre-approved staffing chart
�Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
�Other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | �Bachelor�s degree required, Human Resources preferred.
�3-5 years experience in human resources in a generalist role.
�Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws
�Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
�Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
�Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
�Hands on experience with payroll on a large scale 1200+ employees.
�Knowledge of ADP (i.e. Payforce/ePortofolio and/or PCPW/Reportsmith and eTime).
�Capability to interact with different levels of employees and management
�Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
�Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
