Description:The Advertising Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and assisting the marketing activities of a product or business line, which may include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer, events, and trade shows.
Duties:·Assist in the development of promotional strategies and product development.
·Prepare Event Agenda, Invitations, Registration Forms and Payments/Refunds tracking for Customer events.
·Develop care packages for company employees that embark on long term projects.
·Develop media packs & giveaways for trade shows and store events.
·Serves as a liaison between the company and advertising agencies, freelance talent, print suppliers, and other marketing services.
·Company Newsletters, Prepare Press Releases and Event Announcements.
·Update Retail News & Headlines in the corporate website.
·Generate form letters for mass brochure mailings to prospective customers, including thank you letters.
·Validate and fulfill Request for Marketing Information. Track requests & mailings.
·Track prospective contacts, seminar attendees, event revenues & expense tracking.
·Manage and track the expenses for each event. Ensure budget is managed properly.
·Responsible for Media & Marketing Event Budgets.
·Coordinate Catered Events for Store Customer Events.
Qualifications:·Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
·Successful candidates are innovative, self-starters, independent, highly creative workers with good follow-up skills, demanding nothing less than the best, energetic, organized and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
·Creativity is a must. This position calls for someone with a great imagination, impeccable taste for setting new trends, and a knack for coordinating flawless events.
·Meticulous Planning is required. This position is very hands-on and rewarding.
·College degree preferred background in Marketing or Public Relations, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office & Imaging Software
