| Description: | Basic Purpose
The Computer Technician is responsible for diagnostics, repairs, hardware/software installations, and providing technical support to our customers.

| Duties: | Essential Duties and Responsibilities
� Completes all computer repairs and services within the time frame set by Store Management.
� Maintains standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism at all times.
� Maintains accurate customer records as required by Store Management.
� Communicates with Lead Technician and/or Store Management regarding customer service issues.
� Follows direction of Lead Technician and/or Store Management in prioritizing daily tasks.

| Qualifications: | Education and Experience
� Retail electronics and/or technology experience a plus.
� Must possess a positive attitude and be an excellent communicator/listener.
� Proven ability to be a team player.
� Must be results driven with the motivation in meeting the customer�s needs.
� Able to lift 50 pounds � ladder climbing required.
