Description:The Human Resources Information System Analyst is responsible for all Human Resources (HRIS) systems and platforms and supports the HR department technology. This includes but not limited to: Open enrollment, Worker�s Compensation, I-9s, Benefits, Employment procedures, Unemployment claims, HR surveys, Recruiting and Data Reports. Assists Human Resources Director and staff as needed.
Duties:� Support and maintain multiple Human Resources Information System (HRIS) platforms
� Champion data integrity for the HRIS function.
� Provide support to HRIS including but not limited to researching and resolving HRIS problems: unexpected results or process flaws: perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions for alternate methods to meet requirements.
� Liason between HR users and Information Services (IS) for technical requests.
� Review, test, and facilitate the implementation of HRIS upgrades and patches.
� Analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities and recommend improvements, innovative solutions, or policy changes.
� Support new system implementation and rollout.
� Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard report of ongoing customer needs.
� Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation of systems and HR processes.
� Provide system training to new and existing systems.
� Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:� Bachelor�s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
� Two or more years of HRIS or HR generalist or specialist experience.
� HR certification (PHR/SPHR or HRIS related)
� Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Benefits Portals, Learning Management Systems, and Market Pricing Systems.
� One to two years of project management and systems implementation experience.
� Strong understanding of HR processes and data including but not limited to benefits eligibility and enrollment rules; recruiting; compensation surveys and market pricing; affirmative action reporting.
� Knowledge of reporting concepts and tools
� Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
� Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
� Excellent and STRONG proficieny in computer skills: MS Excel and MS Outlook.
� Hands on experience with payroll on a large scale 1200+ employees.
� Knowledge of ADP (i.e. Payforce/ePortofolio and/or PCPW/Reportsmith and eTime).
� Capability to interact with different levels of employees and management
� Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
� Attention to detail and organizational skills.
� Ability to effectively translate and communicate needs of HR staff to specifications for information Services.
� Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
