| Description: | The On Air Talent is responsible for producing and executing web videos, on-air television commercial ads, and Question and Answers Sessions that are both entertaining and informative to the viewing audience under the direction of the Creative Director. |
| Duties: | � Research products; write your own note cards and/or scripts.
� Memorize script, reads, or ad-libs, introduce and close shows, and announce station breaks, commercials, or public service information.
� Each product review/demonstration segment is between 3 and 8 minutes long. You will be shooting between 3 and 5 products per day.
� Answer e-mails and video responses from viewers in the Question and Answer session.
� Air contests according to the specifications of the Creative Director.
� Plan and stage community events, including hosting and assisting at charity functions.
� Attend live, in-person appearances as scheduled by the Creative Director..
� Maintain and build a positive cooperative attitude and a strong personal community involvement.
� Follow and enforce FCC regulations, webcast and company policies, including implementing television�s / state's EAS procedures.
� Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that works well with co-workers, supervisors and customers.
� Must have a flexible schedule.
� Perform other duties as assigned.

| Qualifications: | � College degree required. Degree in Film, Arts, or Journalism preferred.
� Must have at least 2 years on-air, promotions and public service experience.
� Prior experience in a high paced environment preferred.
� Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
� An equivalent combination of education and experience is desirable.
� Ability to multi-task, organize and meet scheduled deadlines in a fast paced environment.
