| Description: | The Tech Service Planner is responsible for providing accurate and timely reporting on tech services, tech training and delivery information to retail stores; analysis of service products and offerings, reviewing pricing to ensure optimum quality and competitive pricing; and working with store management to ensure tech service levels are being maintained and following up on all orders. |
| Duties: | �Contact Service vendors with requests for reporting, billing and delivery information.
�Evaluate pricing and update SKU offerings as needed or directed.
�Provide sales, price and delivery information to Retail stores.
�Expedite resolution to any outstanding tech services customer issues.
�Search for new and alternate service offerings.
�Maintain positive vendor relationships.
�Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
�Perform all other duties as assigned or required.

| Qualifications: | �Retail Service experience
�Deadline oriented with the ability to multi task
�Entrepreneurial spirit
�Must be able to �think outside the box� when analyzing.
�Work autonomously
�Windows/PC Computer
�Knowledge of the Internet and prior experience utilizing the web as a marketing vehicle
�Product Management experience a Plus
�Excellent written and oral communication skills
�Customer Service experience
�Prior experience working in a fast pace environment
