| Description: | The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of all departments including Sales, Tech Shop, Front End, and Receiving.

| Duties: | · Communicates with customers to resolve complaints and ensures every customer is 100% satisfied.
· Maximizes sales by assisting in the development of sales-orientated supervisors and hourly associates.
· Understands and drives the store business plan.
· Selects and develops selling skills programs for supervisors and hourly associates.
· Identifies issues and works with supervisors and hourly associates to develop action plans.
· Provides technical training of associates.
· Ensures thorough training on extended warranties and reviews results regularly.
· Maintains visual presentation standards throughout store.
· Sets sales goals and ensures achievement of results.
· Assists with development of strategic action plans to control shrink and other controllable expenses.
· Assists with development of strategy to obtain acceptable internal audit scores.
· Drives sales and profit in a selling culture.
· Demonstrates a commitment to TigerDirect core values of customer satisfaction, safety, integrity, and process improvement.

| Qualifications: | ·High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
·3 – 5 Years Retail Management Experience
·Proven track record in customer service selling environment
·Solid track records of hiring, developing, and promoting managers
·Strong leadership and analytical skills
·Strong organizational and problem solving skills
·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
·Able to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines
·Able to operate TigerDirect computer systems relevant to job duties
·Able to move medium weight objects (up to 50 pounds)
