Description:The Account Manager in our software division is responsible for driving sales with our security solutions products (virus protection) by working with existing customers and users to secure renewals. This is an inside sales role in a fast paced call center environment.

Duties:*Outbound calling to renew relationships with past buyers to drive future business.
*Develop sales plan and execute to grow revenue and through the existing customer base.
*Work with clients to understand their business issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. (Consultative selling).
*Be alert for, and report changes in market conditions, competitive activities, and customer preference/ needs.
*Achieve biweekly and quarterly goals.
*Participate in initial training including periodic product training.
Qualifications:* AA degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
*Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in high-tech or related industry.
*Software licensing sales preferred - security industry preferred.
*Proven track record of sales success with a history of achievement.
*Negotiation and closing skills.
*Goal oriented "can-do" attitude with the ability to be aggressive and persistent.
*Enjoy a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a highly motivated professional sales team.
*Ability to communicate with clients at all organizational levels, ranging from C-level to end-user both written, and verbal.
