| Description: | The Seasonal Sales Associate works under a very competitive compensation plan of base pay plus commission, which rewards customer-focused, knowledgeable and motivated individuals. |
| Duties: | � Maintain outstanding customer service as per Company standards, generating sales, a nd merchandising
� Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
� Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
� Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
� Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
� Aid customers in locating merchandise.
� Assist in completing price label changes within the department.
� Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
� Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
� Ticket, arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
� Communicate customer requests to management.
� Any other tasks as assigned from time to time by any manager.

| Qualifications: | � Retail electronics and/or technology experience a plus.
� HS diploma or GED required.
� Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
� Ability to communicate with associates and customers.
� Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation
� Strong problem solving skills.
� Proven ability to be a team player.
� Must be results driven with the motivation in meeting the customer�s needs.
� Able to lift 50 pounds � ladder climbing required.
� Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
� Be able to work a flexible schedule
