| Description: | The Senior Engagement Lead is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers who enter and exit the store. |
| Duties: | �Greeting all customers entering the store.
�Answering customer questions and directing them to appropriate section of store based on their needs.
�Checking customer bags at customer service counter.
�Checking all customer receipts as customers exit the store to ensure all items on receipt are accounted for.

| Qualifications: | �Retail electronics and/or technology experience a plus.
�HS diploma or GED required.
�Strong problem solving skills.
�Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
�Good communication skills and a friendly smile
�Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
�Be able to work a flexible schedule
�Able to lift 50 pounds � ladder climbing required
*Loss prevention experience a plus*
