|Duties:||Product Champion funded b2b oversight |
Product Champions with B2B focus have been moved to b2b daily reporting and quota attainment review along with bi-weekly 1:1 check points including management of funding
B2B Branch financial
Reporting and granular visibility to General Managers on KPI metrics.
Financial review/overview by Branch Liaison with finance on key financial indicators.
Reporting on agent headcount, managing profit per agent and new hire ramp-up.
Bid Desk support evolving agents from brokers to salespeople
Bid Desk communication, support, statistical reporting, vendor grading, and vendor liaison to promote and migrate agents from Brokers to salespeople.
Performs additional duties as assigned.
- Work with Marketing communication related to promotions.
- Symposiums selling / supporting branch Symposium needs
- Scheduling / coordinating and charging vendor on-site visits
- Provide cross functional processes between B2B division and other work streams.
- Work with Marketing support their efforts along with voice of b2b needs.
- Become the IT Super user an interface for all IT requests, needs.
- Operations interface providing framework and polices for b2b from operations / finance.
|Qualifications:|| Advanced Excel skills including mastery of our business intelligence cube.|
Built a process of managing salespeople that includes multilevel quantitative measurements.
o New hire training programs beyond the basics of search and enter.
o Continued development of relationship sales training.
Negotiating skills at both the manufacturer and distribution level as well as customer
Ability to interact with customers including giving presentations and negotiating agreements.
Strong work ethic with high performance standards.
Exceptional skills in communication, motivation and interpersonal relations.
Requires the ability to multitask and well work under pressure.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Motivational teambuilding and leadership skills.
Must be able to travel as needed.
