| Description: | SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The IHI Technician will perform In-Store Services consisting of computer repairs, upgrades and optimization at customer�s home. The IHI Technician will perform on-site services consisting of delivery, TV setup and Surveillance system installations as part of their scope of work.

| Duties: | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Diagnosing, detecting, or otherwise servicing customer brought Desktop PCs, Laptops, and All-in-One units running the Microsoft Windows-family of Operating Systems.
� Selling repair services for the above to customers who bring in their units for repair.
� Checks all products for visible damage prior to loading, installs, fine tunes, programs and makes system operational in customers� homes. Provides customer instruction for proper operation.
� Maintains telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive instructions
� Mounting TV wall bracket and wire management including fishing wires and installing cable bracket and trim.
� Mounting of security cameras, fishing wires and setup and configuration of DVR.
� Setup of wireless router and network devices to broadband internet connection
� Set-up Harmony and other universal remotes with laptop
� Performs additional duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | � QUALIFICATIONS:
� High-school diploma required; 2 year Associates Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Technology preferred.
� Requires CompTIA A+ Certification
� Ability to assemble, disassemble, diagnose, repair, service & update desktop PCs, laptops, netbooks, and All-in-One units running the Microsoft Windows-family of operating systems.
� Must have the tools necessary to complete the job (tools list attached) at the time of employment and maintain the complete list during the employment period.
� Requires the ability to multitask and well work under pressure.
� Requires excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
� Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Advanced hardware skills.
� Must be able to work extended hours as needed.
