| Description: | The Returns Clerk is responsible for processing returns and providing customer service.������������������������������������������������������������������������������������ |
| Duties: | *Provide interdepartmental customer service *Receive and maintain all incoming Return Authorization request via web, email, or telephone *Maintain 100% accuracy on all data entry
*Utilize RA logs and database to handle follow-up calls.
*Communicate all follow-ups with Returns Supervisor and Warehouse Manager.
*Receive and maintain all shipping issues: phone calls, emails, etc.
*Utilize RA database, handle follow-up calls, claims, traces, etc.
*Regular and prompt attendance at work is a primary function and requirement of this position. |
| Qualifications: | *Strong, positive effective communication skills *Knowledge of Excel-Microsoft- MAS500
*Customer service experience- Associated in business office
*Strong initiative and self-motivated
*Extremely detail oriented and organized
*Ability to make quick decisions in a fast paced environment
