| Description: | The Account Manager in our software division is responsible for driving sales of licensed Software by working with new and existing customers. This is a sales role in a fast paced environment. |
| Duties: | *Outbound calling to renew relationships with past buyers to drive future business.
*Develop sales plan and execute to grow revenue and through the existing customer base.
*Work with clients to understand their business issues and provide solutions that meet their needs. (Consultative selling).
*Be alert for, and report changes in market conditions, competitive activities, and customer preference/ needs.
*Achieve biweekly and quarterly goals.
*Participate in initial training including periodic product training.

| Qualifications: | * AA degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
*Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in high-tech or related industry.
*Software licensing sales preferred - security industry preferred.
*Proven track record of sales success with a history of achievement.
*Negotiation and closing skills.
*Goal oriented "can-do" attitude with the ability to be aggressive and persistent.
*Enjoy a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with a highly motivated professional sales team.
*Ability to communicate with clients at all organizational levels, ranging from C-level to end-user both written, and verbal.
