| Description: | The Credit Card Security Analyst is responsible for reviewing and identifying fraud through the utilization of on-line fraud detection systems in our high volume and expanding call center.
|
| Duties: | �Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
�Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
�Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately timely.
�Required to pay close attention to details, reviewing, adding, or deleting comments necessary to process credit card orders.
�Ability to learn MACS system regarding all aspects of order entry, order inquiry, customer, customer cross-reference, and any other functions necessary to perform daily tasks.
�Understands shipping instructions and comprehends distribution center processes.
�Correct incomplete credit card information on orders.
�Handle inbound and outbound credit card related calls.
�Obtain necessary information with the card issuer, bank and through outside sources
�Review and identify fraud through the utilization of on-line fraud detection systems and custom reports.
�Perform appropriate actions on suspicious transactions and/or account activity, to include temporary hold on an order.
�Perform other job duties, such as Customer Assistance, when requested.

| Qualifications: | �Applicants must have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. (Good fluent English required both spoken and written)
�2 years of credit card fraud or customer service experience.
�Excellent PC skills.
�Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
�High School Diploma. Some college is preferred.
�Previous call center experience a plus.
�Able to arrive at work timely and independently.
�Ability to work at computer screens for long periods.
� Ability to work 12 PM-9 PM shift 4 days during the work week as well as one weekend day required.
� Training is 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday for 2-3 weeks. |
