| Description: | The Internal Auditor is responsible for the planning, coordinating, conducting, and reporting of strategic, financial, operational, and compliance audits of corporate systems and processes of within our company. |
| Duties: | �Evaluates financial and operational internal controls over use of resources
�Safeguards corporate assets
�Provides verification of compliance in all aspects
�Assesses the reliability, consistency, integrity, and security of financial and operating information
�Supplies consultation to executive level management in an effort to improve business operations
�Guides the implementation of audit recommendations
�Evaluates audit findings and provides recommendations in the form of oral and written communications
�Ascertains the reliability and integrity of financial information along with compliance of regulation standards
�Participates in various audits of accounting records of contractors regarding agreements where the Company is a party of interest
�Participates in fraud investigations

| Qualifications: | �BA/BS degree in Accounting.
�Minimum of two years recent audit experience.
�Strong business knowledge and analytical skills.
�SOX experience a plus
�Visio knowledge
�Microsoft Office proficiency
�Spreadsheet skills in order to quantify and illustrate routine financial reports, comparisons, impacts and/or projections
�Ability to work effectively in diverse groups
�Ability to accurately document work in progress and effectively communicate accounting information
�Aptitude to analyze and solve problems.
�Availability to travel as required up to 10% including international travel up to three weeks in duration.
�CPA (certified public accountant), CIA (certified internal auditor), or Big 4 CPA firm experience are a plus.
